Google Analytics and Google Ads Consent Management

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to analyse website usage and deliver targeted advertising. Google Consent Mode operates as the single control mechanism for how data is collected and shared between Google Analytics and Google Ads.

What This Means:

• If you grant consent to “ad storage”, Google Ads may use cookies, device IDs, and link your website activity to your personal Google account for personalised advertising.
• If you deny consent to “ad storage”, Google Ads will not access this information, though we may still collect aggregated, non-personalised analytics data.
• Your consent choices are enforced through Consent Mode and apply across both Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Data Sharing

• When you grant consent, Technical and Usage Data (including IP address, browser data, device information, and browsing behaviour) may be shared between Google Analytics and Google Ads for advertising purposes. This data may be processed on servers outside New Zealand.

Opt-Out Options

Even after granting consent, you can:

Overseas disclosure

While we store personal information in New Zealand, where we disclose your personal information to the third parties listed above, these third parties may store, transfer or access personal information outside of New Zealand, including but not limited to, Cook Islands. We will only disclose your personal information overseas in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Principles.

Your rights and controlling your personal information

You do not have to provide personal information to us, however, if you do not, it may affect our ability to do business with you.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take in response to your complaint.
