Paul has a wealth of experience with over 20+ years in the industry, which you can read about on the About Us page. Paul’s qualifications include: NZ Diploma in Construction Management with Strands in Quantity Surveying, Trade Certificate in Carpentry, National Certificate in Carpentry, Licensed Builder with Carpentry, Site 1 and Site 2 License. Paul is also a registered QS and experienced ETC. His building background combined with his experience across all sectors has allowed him to build a strong network of professionals and he is regularly sought out to provide advice especially in early stages of predesign. He has a strong knowledge of contract law and a range of construction contracts including NZS:3910. His litigation work has enabled him to write comprehensive reports and briefs of evidence and this has assisted him in his ETC work allowing him to make fair and contractual determinations that are clearly laid out with supporting evidence. He has a sound understanding of the Construction Contracts Act (CCA) and the retentions Act.

Tim Lian

Quantity Surveyor

Tim is an experienced Quantity Surveyor holding a NZ Diploma in Construction Management as well as a National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. Tim is proficient in RIB’s iTWO costX® and can undertake 2D and 3D Bim modelling takeoffs and schedules of quantities. He is experienced in evaluating tenders, payment schedules and all aspects of quantity surveying during construction.

Senior Project Manager

Aaron is a Project Manager with more than 20+ years experience in the construction sector. Holding a National Certificate in Carpentry, Aaron brings a wealth of experience across all construction sectors. Aaron has a strong knowledge of health and safety, pre-contract procurement, contract administration and project management.

Mario Mulder

Senior Project Manager | Quantity Surveyor

Mario has extensive knowledge and experience, with over 16 + years in the industry and having previously owned and managed a construction company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. Mario is our Auckland based Senior Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor. He has extensive civil and infrastructure experience. He is proficient in RIB’s iTWO costX® and can undertake 2D and 3D Bim modelling takeoffs and schedules of quantities. He is experienced in evaluating tenders, payment schedules and all aspects of quantity surveying during construction. Patrick Grace

Senior Project Manager

Patrick has valuable experience with over 20+ years in the construction industry and having owned and run his own construction company for 15 years. Patrick has a NZ Diploma in Construction Management and a National Certificate in Carpentry. He is a NZ Certified Builder and a Licensed Building Practitioner. Patrick has a strong knowledge of construction programming, pre-contract procurement, contract administration and project management across all sectors.

Zack Kim

Junior Quantity Surveyor

Zack is based in Christchurch and is working for the CM team as a junior Quantity Surveyor. Zack is working towards his Diploma in Quantity Surveying and is a student member of NZIQS. He also has a Bachelor of Product Design (Industrial Product Design). Zack is proficient in all the MS Suit of products and RIB’s iTWO costX®. He is a dedicated member of our team and provides invaluable support to which every project team is assigned to.

Bella is based in Auckland and looks after all aspects of admin, accounting and marketing. She ensures that all documentation is in accordance with the ISO accreditation: ISO9001:2015 Quality, ISO45001:2018 OHS and ISO14001:2015 Environmental.
