ETC Panel

Engineering New Zealand have a panel of EtCs, which were selected through a cross stakeholder evaluation process. The members of the panel are recognised as having the expertise and experience to be very effective in this role. Moreover, it is a mark of trust from the industry that these EtCs selected will practice to a high standard.

Managing Director Paul has recently been appointed to be part of the EtC Panel. His experience as an EtC has been for the following:

The Process

The role of an Engineer to the Contract (EtC) in the NZS 3910 form of contract, involves
managing the construction contract between the employer and building contractor.
