Earthquake Repairs

CM provides Project Management and Quantity Surveying services to support clients and builders undertaking earthquake repairs as part of the EQC On Sold programme.

Clients

CM can become involved at any stage during the process. For most people, this is your biggest asset as you want to ensure that the repair has been completed correctly this time and signed off by a registered structural engineer, along with a code of compliance certificate obtained from the council.

This will bring peace of mind whilst also providing benefits in the future when you come to sell your property, as there is great importance in being able to provide paperwork that shows all of the repairs were undertaken correctly.

Let’s talk about your project!
