Dyers Pass Road
CM New Zealand Limited was appointed project manager and quantity surveyor on this major repair of on old house damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes. The project was located on a steep site on Dyers pass road with difficult access. The building was covered in scaffolding and shrink-wrap to enable a full re-roof and reclad. The building was fully restored internally and externally keeping the period and heritage aspects.
