Project Management & EQC Onsold Programme

CM-New Zealand Limited completed Project Management for this job in both the preconstruction and construction phases, working with EQC to provide funding for the clients. The homeowners undertook additional work outside of the earthquake damage altering and renovating the property to meet the needs of their family.

The CM team ensured all of the earthquake damage was identified and costed as the settlement with EQC was a full and final. Then working with the selected builder and homeowner along with the other design consultants to establish a total price and timeline for the works to be undertaken. The construction work then consisted of a eleven-month programme, which included fortnightly site meetings with photo reports, drawdown certificates issued monthly as well as general correspondence with the relevant consultants.
