One of CM-NZ’s active projects is now taking shape in Rolleston.

Coolpak has been a trusted name in New Zealand cold storage for more than 50 years. From its beginnings as a family-owned operation, the company has grown into one of the country’s leading cold storage partners, setting the standard for reliability and innovation.

CM-NZ is proud to be providing Project Management and Cost management services for Coolpak’s new purpose-built facility on Norris Watson Drive, Rolleston. This development represents the next chapter in Coolpak’s continued expansion and commitment to quality storage solutions for New Zealand’s food and export industries.

Early works are now well underway, with site fencing, ground preparation, and civil works in progress. Construction activity is set to accelerate over the coming months, bringing together a skilled local team of consultants, contractors, and suppliers to deliver this exciting development.
