Project Management & EQC Onsold Programme

CM-NZ Limited completed Project Management for this job in both the preconstruction and construction phases, working with EQC to provide funding for the clients.

Firstly, CM – New Zealand Limited investigated and identified the earthquake damage for this property and prepared the scope of repairs to be completed by various consultants, who our company organised and managed. Once costings were approved, design and building consent were obtained from Christchurch City Council. The construction work then consisted of a five-month programme, which included fortnightly site meetings with photo reports, drawdown certificates issued monthly as well as general correspondence with the relevant consultants.
