CM – New Zealand Limited was appointed as the project manager and quantity surveyor on this major repair of on old house damaged in the Christchurch earthquakes. The project was located on a steep site on Dyers pass road with difficult access.

The building was covered in scaffolding and shrink-wrap to enable a full re-roof and reclad. Now the building is fully restored internally and externally keeping the period and heritage aspects of the home.
