I write this reference for Construction Management, who were appointed by MoE to act as project managers and quantity surveyors for the demolition and rebuild of a new classroom block inclusive of kitchen and toilet facilities. The project included extensive decking and covered ramps as well as a site-wide services upgrade. They demonstrated exceptional project management skills from the initial planning stages through to building consent being obtained. Communication was excellent and we were kept well informed of progress and input into design aspects to ensure the end result met the specific needs of the school.

During the tender process they facilitated the school site visit and communicated well with the tenders.

Once construction started, they were retained as quantity surveyor and worked well with the project team to ensure a seamless transition to the completed project.

Overall, we were very happy with the performance of the Construction Management team and can highly recommend them.
