CM – New Zealand Limited has completed multiple projects for Te Koromiko School; a semi-rural primary school located in North Canterbury. A relocatable building was setup on the school and an existing covered canopy was relocated. The CM team also managed a site wide infrastructure power upgrade. This involved negotiating with main power and upgrading of the street transformer, a new power kiosk with new mains cables run to each building and classrooms. This project required careful coordination and timing to ensure the school could be kept operational. Block 10 the CM QS team have completed a fully measured and costed report using Cost-X to establish a build budget for the ongoing expansion of the school.
